Waste incinerators

Bravarija Štampar d.o.o. specializes in the production of waste incinerators. The complete production is carried out in our own facilities. In addition to the steel components, the incinerators are lined with refractory concrete to provide additional insulation and protect the metal casing. We manufacture incinerators for the British company INCINER8, with whom we have developed excellent cooperation. All types of waste incinerators produced by us are sold worldwide, which is a clear testament to the quality we provide. Incinerators are made primarily from 4 mm thick sheet metal, which we cut and shape in-house according to customer requirements. Thus, the complete production process — from material ordering and processing, concreting, to final painting and transport — takes place in our facilities. We produce waste incinerators for various applications (animal remains, medical waste, etc.), which is why the incinerators are available in different sizes and weights — from the smallest models φ500 x 1000 mm and 300 kg to the largest models 6500 x 3500 mm and weighing 4500 kg (steel only).

As already mentioned, the incinerators are additionally lined with refractory concrete for thermal insulation and protection of the sheet metal casing. In addition to incinerators, we also manufacture additional equipment for them. Among these, heat exchangers stand out. They are used to recover the heat from the exhaust gases of the incinerators and transfer it to heat water, improving the efficiency of the system. The heat exchanger is made of 4 mm thick sheet metal and filled with pipes that have been pressure tested. We offer two versions — L = 1000 mm and L = 2000 mm.

Exhaust gases pass through these pipes, while water circulates around them, enabling heat transfer. We also produce additional constructions on the incinerators to facilitate their handling. Since the concrete lining of the incinerators significantly increases their weight, assistance is required to lift the lid for filling the incinerator. We offer several solutions, the most notable being a bridge structure with a winch for lifting the lid, and a hydraulic system that also assists with the opening and closing of the lid.
