Plasma Cutting

We use CNC plasma device ZINSER 1225 with
HYPERTEM HPR 260 power supply and table 6000×2000
mm.

We precisely cut positions from structural steel and a half
the need for stainless steel.

We are in the process of acquiring a LASER cutter.

Cutting

Of great importance is the Hypertherm HPR260 CNC plasma
a cutter that at the same time accelerates and significantly improves the quality of material processing before the final production of the assembly. Hydraulic shears can be used for cutting sheets of smaller dimensions in large batches. Furthermore, a machine band saw takes care of cutting the finished profiles.

Band Saw

We cut profiles on a band saw up to 300 mm profile height.

Shearing

We cut sheets using hydraulic shears up to 3000 mm wide and 5 mm thick

Simpler contours are cut, when needed, with a manual plasma cutter.
